Return and Exchange policy

Items purchased in ESSENTI that are eligable for return, can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Requirement

With respect to a returnable item purchased in our stores,ESSENTI will issue a refund if each of the following requiremnts have been met: no more than the 30 day calander period have passed from date of purchase; the merchandise is in the same condition as it was sent, unless defect; must have all the tags and original packaging.ESSENTI does not offer price adjustment.

1.Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return 2. Print the return shipping label you will recive by email 3. send product back using label. SHIPPING FEE MAY CHARGE

For exchange, email our customer service to guide you through our exchange policy. once we inspect your return we will provide refund or ship exchange
